May 29th - Opening Day Festivities featuring the 

June 5th - Lawn Game Day - no need to wear whites but be prepared for croquet, bocce and badminton to kick off strawberry season!

June 12th - Community Strawberry Recipe Competition - Prepare a jam or baked item which includes strawberries and bring it to the market on June 12th. Recipes will be evaluated by our judges with good taste and the winner will receive a strawberry crown along with a LHFM gift certificate. Register in advance with kp@thekitchenpotager.com  

June 19th - Egg Races (BYOS - bring your own spoon) 

June 26th - Slow Food After Market Picnic

Friday, July 24th - Preserving & Using the Harvest

Earl's Bucks County
Using the Harvest - 3:30 - 7:30 pm
Earl's Bucks County, formerly Earl's Prime, devoted to using seasonal local produce, will be grilling market produce for all to enjoy. Enjoy the menu items prepared on site and sign up for the next Farm to Table Dinner hosted by Heritage Conservancy and sponsored by Kimberton Whole Foods next Saturday, August 1 at Lindsay Farm, Warminster, PA www.heritageconservancy.org/events

Preserving the Harvest - 4:30 & 6:30 pm
Darlene Kaminsky, Chestnut Hill Farm Gourmet Foods will provide a demo of preserving the harvest so that we may enjoy our favorite produce throughout the year. Darlene is a formally trained professional chef and holds a degree in Culinary Arts. Since becoming a chef, Darlene has worked as a pastry chef, sous, chef, caterer, and as a food stylist. As we know from enjoying Darlene's preserves, she is committed to using only the freshest organic ingredients available and preparing them in a simple manner that is pleasing to the palette and the eye as well.
